Isn't this the most darling little wristlet? I saw this in a Kohl's ad and immediately knew I had to create it using Jackie Topa's fabulous Faux Alligator Skin Technique and the Top Note Die!
So, here's my version! I just can't stop looking at it, it's so darned cute! It's the perfect size for a Gift Card holder or any little special sweet treat! I used 3 Top Note Diecuts and a Box #2 Diecut (all from Chocolate Chip). Cut the top
flaps off the box so you have an open-top box and then attach the Top Note Dies with Sticky Strip. The third Top note forms the purse flap. I used one of the new Soho Designer Hardware pieces for the
clasp (along with a little handy-dandy Velcro). The wrist strap is 1/4" Chocolate Chip ribbon inserted through a jumbo eyelet! It's quick and easy and oh, so cute! Wouldn't it be darling as a little table favor at your next ladies gathering or even bridal shower?
If you dont' have a Big Shot and the dies needed or would prefer to have all the hard work done for you (leaving you with just the fun and satisfaction of putting it all together), I am offering this little wristlet as a new Inspiration in Action kit. You will receive all the pre-cut materials and embellishments needed to make 4 of these little gems. You will need to provide your own adhesives (Sticky Strip recommended), Versamark, clear Embossing Powder, heat tool and Crop-a-dile. Included in the kit will be the Chocolate Chip die cuts to make 4 purses, Designer Hardware (designs may vary from that shown), jumbo eyelets, ribbon, velcro and step-by-step instructions and photos (e-mailed to you). Cost of the kit is $18, which includes tax and S&H. Orders placed by Monday, April 6th will be shipped out on Friday, April 10th and subsequent orders will ship each Friday. E-mail questions prior to ordering. Shipping only within the United States. Click on the PayPal button below to place your order.
The Top Note Purse Favor Kits are still available as well. These little purses are so pretty for spring and quick and easy to put together with my partially assembled, pre-cut and pre-scored Kit. For more information or to order your kit today, click HERE!

Wow, Gretchen, your bag is very impressive! At first, I thought the picture you were sharing WAS the real clutch! I had to click on the picture and look closer to see that it really was made out of cardstock! I am very impressed :D
