SAB is even more exciting this year with an opportunity to earn FREE stamp sets (valued at $15.99 or below) from the catalog as well as the special SAB Stamp sets and items. Click HERE to see the brochure with all the wonderful products you can earn FREE with every $50 order. If you would like your own brochure that you can hold in your hot little hands, mark up and drool over, let me know and I'll be glad to drop one in the mail to you. In the meantime, here's a few samples that I've created just for you, showing what you can do with some of fabulous and FREE Sale-a-bration goodies this year!
Is this darling or what? It's a little mini-house treat container made with the Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper Pad (a FREE SAB item) and the new Stampin' Up! Mini Milk Carton Die and Big Shot. How cute is this? I added a little "picket fence" along the bottom with the Scallop Trim Border Punch (also a FREE SAB item -- yes, you can get a FREE punch this year!). The sentiment is from Whimisical Words (yes, you guessed it -- another FREE SAB stamp set), punched out with the small and large tag punches. I added a bit of Polka Dot Grosgrain ribbon and a Mini Library Clip and there you go -- instant cuteness and a tiny treat box that can hold all kinds of goodies and small gifts! As with all the new stamp sets that are coming out from Stampin' Up!, Sale-a-Bration sets are available in both the traditional wood mount stamps and the new Clear Mount Option (clear mount stamps are less expensive but require an initial investment in purchasing clear, acrylic blocks).
How's this for a cute card? It comes together quickly and easily with no stamping required, again using the Welcome Nieghbor DSP Pad. This pad has a total of 72 6"square sheets of double-sided Designer Series Paper, 3 each of 24 different designs, many of them coordinating with this year's InColors. Do you know how many cards and projects you can create with 72 sheets of double-sided paper? Humm ... well, never mind -- just know that it's a LOT! Here I used Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay cardstocks and some Polka-dot Grosgrain Ribbon. The scallop border is created using the Scallop Trim Border (the FREE one) and Corner Punches. Click HERE for a tutorial on how to make rectangles and squares using these great new tools!
Here's another quick and easy card using SAB items. In addition to the Welcome Neighbors DSP pack and the Whimisical Words stamp set, I used Always Artichoke Cardstock, some Old Olive 5/8" Satin Ribbon, the large scallop and scallop oval punches and the new Extra Large two-Step Bird Punch. This entire card went together in less than 5 minutes -- really!
And what about this card? I again used the Welcome Neighbors DSP pack and the Whimisical Words Stamp set, adding Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay cardstocks and some Polka-Dot ribbon in Soft Suede. Total time to create -- less than 5 minutes, start-to-finish!
And what could be more perfect for a darling little pillow box than some cloud DSP? Imagine the tiny treats that could fill this adorable box! And wouldn't this be a perfect table favor for a baby shower? I simply added a bit of Whisper White 5/8" Satin ribbon to tie it all closed. How sweet!
