Hello everyone and Happy Friday! I told you the other day about the new Weekly Color Challenge on Utah Divas International. I just love this color combo so decided to create another card with it. Click on the small image on the left to view the inspiration photo in more detail.
The colors are Rich Razzleberry, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz and Pretty in Pink -- YUM!!!
For today's card I used Vintage Vogue, Baroque Motifs and Occasional Quotes (Level 3 Hostess Set) Stamp Sets. I embossed the Rich Razzleberry layer with the large flourish from Baroque Motifs, using Versamark ink, Clear Embossing Powder and the Heat Tool. The Scallop frame was cut with the Big Shot and the Scallop Squares Duo Die. Other supplies include 5/8" Satin Ribbon (Rich Razzleberry), 1/2" Stitched Poly Ribbon (Pear Pizzazz), Basic Pearls, Antique Brads and Stampin Dimensionals. Loops of the Pear Pizzazz ribbon worked so well for some dimensional leaves under the flowers.
And of course, a little stamping on the inside only makes the card more special! I really love the way this card turned out. What do you think?
