Speaking of Stampin' Up! Goodies, look what I created with the Sale-a-Bration Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper & Quick Accents Pack. In this Sale-a-Bration bundle you get 9 12x12" sheets of Designer Series Paper (3 each of 3 double-sided designs) and 2 12x12" sheets of Self-Adhesive Die Cuts Sheets, making these adorable cards quick and easy. The Self-Adhesive trims and accents make quick work for you!
For each of the cards, I used cardstock cut at 7 x 8.5" and then scored and folded in half to form a LONG card that will fit in a standard business size envelope. This first one uses Peach Parfait cardstock as a base. I added the Melon Mambo
print DSP, cut at 3.25 x 8.25 and use my Scallop Border Punch to punch the edge. The scallop border printed on the paper perfectly matches up with the Scallop Border Punch -- how COOL is that! I added one of the Quick Accent trims in Old Olive (it's not ribbon, it's a self-adhesive Die cut) and the Scallop Circle Daffodil Delight Quick Accent. I stamped the floral image from the Punch Bunch SAB stamp set in Melon Mambo, punched it out with a 1 1/4" Circle Punch and added another punchie using the 1 3/8" Circle Punch in Old Olive. And that's it ... instant card!
Starting with the same size card base, again in Peach Parfait, this Happy Birthday card was just as quick and easy. This one shows off both sides of
one of the DSP patterns as well as another stamp from the Punch Bunch Stamp set. Stamp the image in Pacific Point Ink on Whisper White cardstock and punch out with the Scallop Square Punch. Attach to two layers of cardstock in Daffodil Delight and Peach Parfait and voila ... another quick and easy card!
I wanted you to see all of the fabulous DSP patterns in the FREE Sale-a-Bration bundle so I created this final card using the Punch Bunch
Stamp Set, the So Happy For You Stamp set and the Cheep Talk Stamp Set (pg. 120 in the IDB&C -- sorry, this one's not from Sale-a-Bration but the branch works perfectly with the owls from the Punch Bunch set). The owls are punched out quickly and easily with the Extra Large 2-step Owl Punch and I used the Eyelet Border Punch on the bottom.
There you go -- THREE quick and simple and fabulous cards created with the FREE Ice Cream Parlor DSP & Quick Accents Pack. I'll be featuring more Sale-a-Bration projects in the days and weeks to come so don't forget to check back in and see more inspiration for using your new SAB sets and products! Thanks for stopping by and taking a look today!
