Hello everyone and welcome to Inspiration in Action! It's Friday, and you know what that means!!!!! Yes, it's time for a new Weekend Sketch Challenge from the Stamping 411 Operators. This week's sketch is super simple and leaves lots of room for creative license (like any of us every need permission for that, right?)
For my creation, I used the Gently Falling stamp set, from the Holiday mini Catalog, and the luscious Designer Series Paper called Well Worn. My goodness, the patterns and colors in this DSP package are gorgeous and so perfect for fall projects.
The colors used are Not Quite Navy, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla (on the inside of the card). Accessories include 3/8" Taffeta ribbon in Crumb Cake and Stampin' Dimensionals. I stamped the leaves on DSP and then carefully cut them out with Paper Snips. The stamping on the inside is done with Not Quite Navy and More Mustard Inks.
I told you it was a simple card! So simple, that I don't even think you need me to give you measurements this week! But before you start stamping, take a few minutes to check out the other projects from the Stamping 411 Operators! There's lots of inspiration awaiting you!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I do hope you'll come back soon!
This is really very nice - I love autumn leaves.

This is a beautiful card, as usual from you. You always seem to come up with the greatest combinations. I love the leaves stamped onto the dsp, that gives them a great look.

Gretchen hope you are feeling better. I'm catching up on my emails and read you had surgery.
May God keep you in His healing and loving arms.

What a beautiful card! I'm using it as a masculine birthday greeting for the men in my life...Thank you for posting and sharing your creativity. Gently Falling and Well Worn are definitely in my "Fave" category.
