Hello everyone and welcome to a new Saturday Sketch Challenge from the Stamping 411 Operators.
This week's sketch challenges you to dust off those punches and get happy! And what better way to do it than with the bright and festive Big Top Birthday Designer Series Paper! I mean really, who wouldn't love to receive this fun and colorful card!
In addition to the DSP, I used the Perfect Words Stamp Set, the Big Shot and the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, a glitter brad, some 1/4" Grosgrain ribbon, brights brads, the modern label punch, the 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" Circle punches and Stampin' Dimensionals!
Here's my measurements for this week:
- Layer One -- Real Red cardstock cut at 5.5 x 8.5", scored and folded to form the card base.
- Layer Two -- Daffodil Delight Cardstock cut at 4 x 5.25" -- embossed with the Big Shot
- Layer Three -- DSP cut at 1.5 x 5.25" -- tie the ribbon across and fasten on the back
- Layer Four -- DSP (Polka Dot Pattern from the Brights DSP Stack) cut at 1.75 x 4.5" - add the punched pieces. I created the pinwheel with a 1.5" piece of DSP.
- Inside of Card - 4 x 5.25"
Well, I think that will do it for this week! I do hope you'll visit the Stamping 411 website to check out the great projects created by our other Designers! Believe me, it will be time well spent!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a great weekend, filled with all the things you love most! Until next time ...
